The famous min pau kai can be found at Yau Kee in two varieties, the herbal version and the curry chicken version. The Min pau kai here is glazed with margarine and the chicken is tender. The dish is best eaten hot as the gravy thickens when cooled. Dim sum is served here in the morning and rice and dishes from lunch onwards. They are also famous for some traditional Chinese biscuits.
